About Me
I am a Life and Career Transition Specialist and Empowerment Coach, whose work helps people to transform their lives and careers.
Most of us fear redundancy or career changes, but we should remember that not all change is bad, it often provides us with an opportunity to reassess where we are and how we got here and move forward in our lives, positively.
I have first-hand experience of redundancy and unemployment, when I was made redundant from my role in Equality and Diversity at Croydon College and went through all the emotions and challenges associated with being unemployed, however, and it was my passion and motivation for helping people to improve their lives and career choices that led me to set up her own company.
