Stepping Out of Lockdown
In this workshop we will cover;
- Giving you the space to evaluate where you are now and what matters to you.
- Acknowledging any negative emotions you have as a result of the Pandemic and feelings of loss and anger (Kubler Ross Model).
- Recognise how you can use technology to create connection and help make life easier during this time.
- Learn new tools to help you manage our emotions and increase your happiness and sense of wellbeing.
- Know what limiting beliefs are and know how to overcome them.
- Gain the courage to create realistic deadlines to achieve highly desirable goals once we get back to a new normal post Pandemic.
